While the images displayed on our website or in product listings are meant to represent the general appearance of the item and give customers a visual reference, we can guarantee that the pieces picked for you are of the highest quality. However, it’s essential to understand that these images may not always be an exact representation of the specific item you receive. Should any unforeseen issues arise, our transparent return policy offers peace of mind. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your order or receive damaged or incorrect products, we invite you to send them back for a refund or exchange. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are committed to building lasting relationships with our valued customers.  


To be eligible for a return, your item must be purchased within 30 days, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please reach out to us at info.nicevilleslabsandcookies.com for a Return Authorization Number for your return. 

Once we receive the lumber back, our experts will carefully inspect it. Depending on the circumstances, you will be elegible for a hassle-free refund or a prompt replacement. We will notify you via email. 

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days to see the credit back to your card. 

Sale Items / Coupon Codes

Sale items are not eligible for return. 

Items purchased with a coupon code are eligible for a return at the discounted retail price. 


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item you purchased, send us an email at info@nicevilleslabsancookies.com for guidance.  

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for postage to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
